The pain and grief in the loss of a loved one can be difficult to navigate. As a woman you have unwanted and repetitive thoughts, need to be perfect, or crippling negative self talk that can leave you exhausted and confused.

I specialize in supporting women experiencing relationship problems, grief, anxiety, and trauma.

My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding and strength to heal from your wounds and build new ways of living successfully in your everyday life.

I am fully trained in EMDR, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCPT), Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) and have many hours of my own personal freedom journey and extensive training in Biblical and prayer strategies.

My cash pay rate is $165
