I love working with the young adult/adult population as I enjoy providing support to clients, as they transition through various stages of life.

I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, trauma, and stress.

I want to empower YOU to believe in yourself and that you can change, grow, and overcome. I believe in a client centered approach combining self-empowerment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also implement tools from Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.

I received my Bachelor's of Social Work and Master’s degree in Social Work – Direct Practice from Texas State University – San Marcos. I have over seven years of experience providing direct counseling services. I've worked in various environments such as, a residential treatment center for girls ages 12-17. I also have over 8 years of work in adoption services and specific trainings in Human Trafficking.

My cash pay rate is $165

I am in network with BCBS, Aetna United HealthCare and Cigna insurances
