I want to provide you a safe space for processing difficult events and uncomfortable feelings, which will help you move forward with new wisdom and strength

If you are someone who struggles with feelings of inadequacy or inner turmoil, if you find yourself coping with stress or emotional pain by turning to non-beneficial habits, or if you experience strife at home, school, or work, I’d love to walk along side you to develop health coping skills. If your child or teen is having trouble regulating their behavior and using appropriate emotional expression, I will help with that as well. Modern life can be hectic and demanding, but I believe that there is always hope for having peace amidst the chaos. There is the possibility of a better tomorrow. Together, we can examine the connectedness between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe that a person’s mental health is connected to their physical health, spiritual health, and emotional health. We can collaborate to create a plan to help you achieve your personal goals and help you progress toward having a healthy sense of self-worth, better relationships, and more well-being.

I provide therapy for children, teenagers, and adults who are interested in working toward emotional healing and self-regulation. I am interested in helping clients who are struggling with low self-esteem, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship problems, or problems related to their phase of life. I offer therapy for children to assist them with acknowledging and processing their emotions and regulating their behavior.
