Finding support in the midst of struggle

You’re going through a hard season in life

Maybe you’re experiencing…

  • looping thoughts or thoughts you can’t get out of your head

  • hopelessness and helplessness during your season of life

  • grieving the loss of a loved one

  • stuckness in a challenging relationship

  • flashbacks or thoughts of past events

  • parenting challenges

  • insecurities are getting in the way of relationships

Anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, parenting can all bleed into other areas of your life. Maybe you’re seeing it in your relationships: lots of arguments, feeling like your not understood, or isolating yourself. Or perhaps at work: trouble concentrating. It could be in your physical body too - not sleeping well or not taking care of your body. Regardless how it is showing up, therapy can be a supportive and compassionate process to help you break the cycles and patterns you are experiencing.

How adult counseling works

We want you to feel seen and know your values and strengths

Connection: You will get the most out of therapy when you feel safe, seen, and understood. So that’s where we start: by getting curious about you and building genuine connection. We don’t bring pre-conceived notions into therapy - we want to know your unique experiences, goals, and challenges

Insight and empowerment: True change happens when it comes from within. We’ll help you get to know yourself, from your core values to the way you show up in relationships. As you gain new insight into yourself, you’ll begin to feel empowered in the decisions you make, confident in expressing your thoughts or feelings, and more secure in who you are.

Together we will create a treatment plan specialty tailored to your individual needs.
